We were earlier manufacturing impeller patterns through conventional wooden patterns for sand casting — a process that took weeks and came with high tooling costs. After switching to the Go3D Artish 700, we now manufacture patterns completely in-house.
The results have been significant: lead time reduced from weeks to days, average cost reduction of around 30%, and the dimensional accuracy of 3D printed patterns is far better than traditional wooden patterns — which has also reduced our post-machining time and cost.
The machine performance has been excellent — it runs continuously in production 24×7. We were so satisfied that we went ahead and purchased a second Artish 700. Machine speed is good, service support from the Go3D team is prompt, and the uptime has been outstanding.
